Refund policy
Last updated August 24, 2026
1. All subscription payments are final
KO NEKT subscriptions (VIP, monthly or yearly, for creators and brands) and Konekt pack purchases are non-refundable. Once a payment is made it will not be returned — in full or in part — for any reason, including cancelling early, not using the plan, using it less than expected, downgrading, closing your account, or being suspended for breaking the terms of service. Before every purchase the checkout screen states this policy and asks for your explicit agreement.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; the plan you already paid for stays active until the end of its current period, and no refund or credit is issued for the remainder. Where your plan was sold as a fixed term (no auto-renewal), it simply ends on its end date.
3. The VIP intro offer
Where offered, the VIP intro is a paid purchase: you are charged the normal monthly price on day one and your first term runs two months instead of one, once per account. It is a subscription payment like any other — final and non-refundable under section 1. Unless your provider renews automatically, the term simply ends unless you choose to renew.
4. Konekts
Konekts — whether included as your plan's allowance or bought as packs — have no cash value and are not refundable, exchangeable or transferable once added to your balance, including any balance remaining when a plan ends or an account closes. The checkout screen states this before every pack purchase.
5. Campaign fees
Fees a brand pays a creator are agreed in their contract and settled between them, outside KO NEKT. We never hold that money and cannot refund it; disputes over campaign work are resolved between the contract's parties.
6. Billing errors
Correcting a billing error is not a refund of service and is always honoured: if you were charged twice for the same period, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or charged without the plan ever activating, write to support@konekt.live within 30 days of the charge and the erroneous amount will be returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights that the law of your country grants you and does not allow to be excluded. Where such a mandatory right to a refund exists, it prevails over this policy to the extent required.
